These terms govern your use of VertRule Evidence Studio (“the Service”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY]. By using the Service you agree to them.
The Service lets you package an AI use case, its requirements, evidence, approval, and known limitations into a signed record, and share it for independent verification. Verification confirms the signer and integrity of the record. It does not certify legal compliance or independently validate every submitted claim, and it does not replace audits, legal review, or buyer diligence.
You sign in with a third-party provider (GitHub) and are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, or to disrupt its operation.
- Free. Drafting, signing, downloading, and verifying are free.
- Founding. $79/month or $869/year; unlocks hosted publishing, snapshot history, and link revocation. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Deal sprint. $299 one-time; no subscription.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and publishing access ends immediately.
- No refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including partial billing periods and the one-time deal sprint. Packs you have already downloaded keep verifying.
Founding subscribers receive priority support with a target first response within one business day at hello@vertrule.com. Free users may use the same address; response times are best-effort.
Your signing key is generated and held in your browser; it never reaches our servers and cannot be recovered if lost. You are responsible for safeguarding it.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY] is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
